You can access 6 free sessions with our Complementary Therapists alongside your counselling. This is great if you want relief from a physical issue or need help with your wellbeing.
These therapies aim to reduce tension, anxiety, depression, and stress to help the body heal from any emotional problems that cause physical health issues. We usually provide a course of six sessions to each young person or their parent/carer.
Aromatherapy Back Massage
A wonderful back massage that relaxes you and relieves muscle tension. We use essential oils warmed to a gentle temperature, specially selected just for you.
Aromatherapy Full Body Massage
A heavenly hour of customised massage. A full body massage covers the back, front and back of the legs, feet, arms, hands, shoulders, and face. An essential oil blend is made specific to your needs.
Hot Stone Massage
Warmed aromatherapy oils are rubbed on the back. Hot stones are then placed and used to provide a deeper, soothing massage.
Reiki Massage
The best of both worlds. This popular treatment is half massage and half Reiki. Treat your body, mind and spirit whilst in a state of bliss!
Indian Head Massage
This relaxing massage is carried out while lying down. It focuses on the upper back, neck, shoulders, head, and face. It is also excellent for those who suffer from headaches or migraines.
CBD Back Massage
This back massage has the added benefit of a premium high strength CBD massage oil which will provide localised relief from pain, arthritis, bone and joint problems. The oil is supplied from Revitalize CBD in Newcastle and can also be purchased. Suitable with all health conditions.

Chair Massage
This massage is carried out on a professional massage chair. It is suitable for those who are not able to lie down on a massage table and it is carried out fully clothed. This includes the back, neck, shoulders and head.
Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki is a non invasive treatment that is particularly good for stress. balancing your energies and helping body, mind and spirit. A crystal pendulum is used to check the chakras (energy centres). Feedback is given at the end of the treatment.
Crystal Healing Therapy
Crystals have many different properties and resonate with our bodies. A treatment uses a grid of clear quartz points around you. Crystals chosen just for you are placed on the 7 main chakras. A crystal pendulum is used to check the chakras and feedback is given at the end.
